Furthermore, one-piece forged wheels have always been the #1 choice for most types of professional race cars on the racing circuit all over the world. Featuring lighter weight and great durability, these wheels can serve you in all types of driving under any conditions. These wheels are custom made for every application so they will work with many unique cars or customized hot-rods.
COR Forged 3 - Piece Wheels
Captivating looks, multi-piece assembly, high customization.
These 3-piece wheels are mainly targeted at upscale street cars. The wheels are very strong for daily street use and they will look great on your sorts car, luxury car or an SUV. COR Forged Production Methods
Redefining the "custom wheels" in every sense!
COR International wheels are not mass-produced. Each wheel is built to order to assure the optimal fitment for each vehicle, and to satisfy our clients demand for individualization.
Every COR modular center begins its transformation from aluminum to work of art under the immense heat and pressure of the forging process. 6061 Aluminum is forged on our custom proprietary dies, and then lathe turned and machined in state-of-the-art milling equipment usually reserved for aerospace and other ultra precise machining.
Before any of our designs are released for commercial sale, they undergo a battery of tests to ensure they will withstand the rigors of the road and the test of time with poise. Once the center is released from the development stage, it is on to the finishing process, where each and every part is hand polished and then finished as per our client’s request.
Finally, the 3 unique parts are hand assembled, using proprietary custom manufactured aircraft grade fasteners that provide an elegant, lightweight solution to such a demanding and critical function. These fasteners are finish torqued to exacting specifications. Most wheel manufacturers end the manufacturing process here, but COR's penchant for quality control goes the extra mile by having each wheel checked for leaks to ensure they are air tight and verifying that runout is within tolerances to ensure a smooth, vibration-free ride.
The resulting wheel is a tribute to countless hours of research and development, to fine-tuning of designs, and to carefully chosen and applied finish coats. Owners of COR product can rest assured that no attention to detail is spared in the creation of their wheels. Every vehicle application is thoroughly researched and approved for proper clearance, load capacities, and even aftermarket brake compatibility.
COR Forged redefines the word "custom wheel". To them it means more then just the painting options. We will fit ANY vehicle with ANY of the above styles!
The Fitment:
These wheels are available for order in custom offsets and bore. Whatever vehicle you might have, we can customize the fitment of these wheels for you. Let us know if you are looking for certain application for your car.

Standard Factory Colors:
Lip: Chrome Plated
Center:
Brushed aluminum with clear coat / Gloss or matte black / Chrome / Silver
Pinstriping:
Pinstriping can be done by COR Wheels for an additional fee. You can choose any color you desire. COR can also match the paint color of your vehicle. You must provide the paint code found on the door seal of your auto.
Carbon Fiber Overlay:
This is one of those unique options that is offered by COR Wheels from the factory.
