We have sold our cooling kit for the past 3 years with great success. We recommend this kit to be run with Stage 1 power upgrade or simply if your car runs too hot under aggressive driving conditions.
The kit consists of our own Heat Exchanger, Johnson Pump, Phenolic Spacers and Upgraded Thermostat.

Quaife ATB Limited Slip Differential
Quaife locks up the rear differential to make both of your rear wheels spin when the power is applied. This is not the case with you OEM differential where only one wheel gets the power. Due to the extremely high horsepower, this option should have come standard on these cars. Limited Slip helps you launch better off the line and have much better control over your car in turns.

ACG ECU Software
Our software is originally developed in Germany specifically for the 63AMG engine. The software then adjusted and homologated in USA to work best with the fuel types that are available stateside. The tune provides high and competitive power gains and yet it is conservative enough to guarrantee safe operation in all conditions and with any gas type. |

ASP 180mm Oversized Pulley
This smaller supercharger pulley combined with our tune provides a sizable jump in horsepower and torque. The OEM supercharger is delivering more boost from this smaller pulley. The tune adjusts the air/fuel ratios, accelerator pedal response and controls all the parameters that need to be adjusted for more air delivery from the supercharger. |

Tubular Headers
Long tubular headers applications are for the E, CLS and SL. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, these lighter headers will add significant horsepower to your 55K motor. The headers free up the power by eliminating the backpressure in the exhaust flow making the engine work more efficiently. This is another great modification that frees up the power that is already there and reduces the strain from the engine. We have personally tested them on the applications putting out over 700HP. |

Titanium Valve Springs / Retainers
Titanium's main advantage is its light weight. A titanium valve weighs a third to half as much as a comparable valve made out of steel. The light weight allows the engine to handle more rpms before the valves start to float. Lighter valves also allow the use of more radical cam profiles that open and close the valves more quickly. |

Cylinder Head Porting / Polishing
Porting and polishing removes detonation-causing hot spots and casting flashes, and increases the air and fuel flow characteristics in all areas of the head, including the intake and exhaust ports, valve pockets, and combustion chambers. The net result is more torque, more horsepower, and more fuel economy, all at less RPM. We use some of the most expirenced professionals in the industry for porting and polishing your Mercedes heads. |
